thinking 'bout love
This year Jarrett and I will be away from the kids on Valentine’s Day. Hence, I’m feeling the need to do a little more than usual. I’ve already been shopping and planning. The Chickabug order goes in tonight and class candy is hidden in the closet. I’ve found lots of fun things along the way. So much love out there homies. Make sure you check the SS IG feed the next few weeks for ideas, but in the mean time here are a few of my favorites.

PJs are always on my V Day list. I found these silk pants at H&M. I love the wide leg with exaggerated side slit. Add a red or hot-pink monogram, so cute. Your mom will thank you.
I happened upon these earrings by Olivela and oh my gosh I love them. They’re headed to Jarrett’s inbox. Girls, don’t be afraid to drop hints. Dudes need them. If you don’t get these ears for yourself they’ll be perfect for the cute girl at the local boutique who spent hours helping you find the perfect Christmas gifts (and then wrapped them all).
And what are you wearing on Valentine’s Day? I wanted this pink balloon-sleeved dress from H&M. Currently I’m on the wait list. It’s perfect for class parties. Cinch at the waist with a belt/scarf or add a chunky necklace and sneaks. Or if you like being more “under the radar” a novelty sweater like this one at Chicwish is fun. If I had an office job, this dress would be perfect. If you’re hitting the gym on Valentine’s, Nike has these cool shorts. I love the pattern.
Now let’s talk major gift: Jennifer Fisher’s charm necklace. The necklace above popped up on the screen one night and I immediately wanted to add to cart.
